Mr Johan Erikson is a qualified diamond cutter who has 42 years’ experience in the diamond industry. This includes valuing, cutting/polishing, marketing/dealing, wholesale/retail sales, jewellery sales and the running of international tenders in 5 countries.
He is the Founder and M.D. of the Erikson Group including Erikson D.C.W. and of First Element DTC.

Mr Erikson has extensive skill and experience in identifying the maximum value that can be obtained from the rough stone to the polished product. This skill is applied to the tender assortment to achieve maximum value.
He has in depth experience in the preparation and subsequent selling of a diverse array of diamond assortments and has a full understanding of production and market trends. He has the ability to reconcile marketing and sales data back to production records to allow the client the ability to monitor/audit production and grants them flexibility to change their mineral resource management.
